I appreciate Holly spending time with me. I had a sleep study done previously at a practice outside of VUMC. That provider did not explain the results to me, potential causes or reasons for my sleep issues and tried to just push the sale of a device on me. I appreciated Holly taking time to explain to me those results sent over from the other clinic, as well as reasons for issues, ways to potentially improve, options from a medical device perspective. She listened to concerns from both my wife and myself during this appointment and I thoroughly appreciate that attentiveness.
