Dr. Chang and all of his associates that I saw today were absolutely wonderful. All my questions were answered in a manner that I understood and felt confident. I didn't feel hurried or that they wanted to get onto their next patient.

Saw the Dr for less than 5 minutes, he didn't ask me anything, did one motion on a very painful shoulder and without mri decided to send me to physical therapy for 6wks and return for dismissal at that time. Said it's probably a strain. Felt like a complete waste of time. Was not heard and will find another opinion

The doctor was in the room for maybe five minutes. I was billed $100 for this. He manipulated my arm for maybe 1 minute before deciding I had frozen shoulder and needed a steroid injection. This provider had been informed that I'm diabetic and can't have steroid shots injections at every appointment I've seen him at. 3 times now he's suggested it as the only form of treatment. I guess I'm just supposed to finally give in? That way when I'm in your ER in a week with DKA yall can say I should've informed you about my condition and tried harder to not waste your time?
