We LOVE Dr. Dewan. Not a bad word to say about him. The only improvement that could be made is scheduling appointments more spaced out so patients aren't waiting so long in the exam room. We don't want his time to be cut short with patients, because thats one of the best things about him. He isn't in a hurry when we see him and he really cares about my child's health concern. So just giving him more time in the appointments for each patient would keep us from waiting in the exam room for so long.

He shows care, concern, real effort made. He always goes above and beyond, we wish all the doctors we have experienced showed as much effort and concern for our daughters care. Dr Dewan is one of the reasons we will miss vanderbuilt. He is a great doctor and has made a difficult time a little easier.

Dr. Dewan addressed all of our concerns, was patient in answering our questions and showed deep care in ensuring our son had the proper care. Although there were things that could be better, it is by far the best experience I've ever had with a medical doctor and medical support (scheduling, nursing support, etc) .

Dr. Dewan and all staff were outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the care from start through surgery and in follow up.

Dr. Dewan has been awesome. He listens and doesn't rush through the appointment. He thoroughly explains what is going on and makes sure that we, as parents, understand what is happening. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a neurosurgeon.
