The resident who came in prior to Dr. Lawrenz was very thorough and he offered me clarity on my questions, with additional detail (I appreciate the why behind answers and he really did that! I really appreciated how he dove into my case, not having been part of it from the start. Dr. Lawrenz is so kind and very thorough. He has gotten me through a really tough diagnosis with the skill of his hands and his mind. I am forever grateful! Recognizing that he has many patients and his skill is in high demand, I know he has to stay on track with his schedule, and cut time as he can to keep up with notes, follow-up requests for testing, etc., but this sometimes makes the visit feel rushed, even though I try to be mindful of his time and be efficient in my inquiries. No heartburn with any of this, just an observation. He is amazing and I would recommend him and the Vanderbilt team to anyone and everyone!
